“ It’s a beautiful evening at the Apple Farm, this is Clark, how can I direct your call ?” “ Hey yea, this is Dr Carl Cut-Me-Up. My wife and I reserved a room for a few days arriving today but it looks like we’re going to be late…... ” Not an unusual phone call in the least, especially when the weather is less than hospitable. It was the beginning of January 2019 and weather on the West Coast was exceptionally wet. Dr Cut-Me-Up had made his reservation months in advance and was a regular guest here at the Apple Farm Inn & Restaurant .
